We know that successful teachers are successful, happy people. Our role is to find candidates with all the requisite skills from the private sector and introduce them to you. We will then work with you to complete the process of developing new, bright and highly competent teachers.

Recruiting for a GTP job can be daunting for a school. Taking untrained staff on, for at least a year, throwing them into the classroom and hoping they survive takes a real leap of faith. If it goes wrong, a full timetable of cover might be needed for anything up to a year!!!

At GTP teachers we believe choosing a candidate should be a slower, more considered process, and trust should be built over months, not bluffed in an interview.

Our gradual process of placing a candidate gives a school as long as it wants to look at a candidate. We like to think of it as "dating" before you "tie the knot". Over weeks or months you can try our candidates out as you assess their demeanour, work rate and commitment before a final permanent placement is made, should you both get along.

With access to over 5,000 candidates nationwide, from previous disciplines such as banking, social work, engineering, nursing and military officers, we are confident we can find the right match for your school and that strong bonds can be formed.

We make no charge for placements of our candidates, you will interview and employ the staff directly, thus 'cutting out the middle man' and saving your school thousands of pounds.
